Abstract: This pnael will assemble five critics or commentators who will speak on my Spring 2019 book, Democratic Practice: Origins of the Iberian Divide in Political Inclusion, forthcoming with Oxford University Press. I will then respond to their comments. Panelist Mabel Berezin has agreed to chair the panel. I will write an abstract of the panel for the program.
